Templates are licensed, not sold. Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized sharing is prohibited.

2. Payments

All payments are final unless otherwise stated. Refund eligibility may vary by product.

3. Promotions & Discounts

• Promotions may have limited availability.
• Promotions may expire without notice.
• Promotional pricing cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
• Template Craft LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of abuse.
• Flash sales and setup promotions have defined scope limitations.

4. $97 Setup Promotion Terms

Setup services include front-end template installation only. Does not include:

• Custom backend development
• Payment processor integration
• Complex feature builds
• Hosting or domain costs

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, layouts, and digital assets remain the intellectual property of Template Craft LLC.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our products.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
